Do you have any refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for all items purchased (watches and accessories) 

We do not offer refunds for cash deposits made on all orders.

 

 

Do you have any return policy on items ordered?

We do not offer return policy on all items, unless

1. Item received is different from the order invoice

 

2. Item received is found dead or faulty ( in which it can be returned within 3 working days for an exchange only. Item must be unworn or tampered in any way, and fully packed with original accessories and warranty cards if any. WatchWerkz reserves the right to alter the return/exchange policy without prior notice. )
