Most definitely yes. We are appointed by the principal brand manufacture as authorized distributor and/or dealer. 

Not at all. In fact, we absorb all GST incurred in the process. 

At the moment, we do not deal or trade in the used-watches market.

"In-Stock" means we have the item ready in brand new condition to be dispatched or purchased or for viewing. 

"Not-In-Stock" means the item has to be ordered in from the manufacture. Typically, a deposit is required to confirm order. For lead time, please inquire. It range from one to three months.

"Pre-Reserve" : this applies to Lum-Tec watches only. It means that these models are currently under production in the making; usually  there is  a pre-reserve exercise with special pre-reserve prices, requiring deposits to enjoy the special privilege.

"In-Stock" :: You may order online on our site or purchase in person at our showcase location.

"Not-In-Stock" :: You may order online with the deposit amount stated or make the deposit in person at our showcase location. The remaining deposit amount is payable when the model is in stock. This applies to most watches and brands.

"Pre-Order" :: You may pre-order Lum-Tec watches (which are under pre-reserve status) online with the deposit stated. Remaining deposit amount is payable when the models are ready for collection / shipment. 

After the order has been made online, you would hear from us within 2 working days to acknowledge receipt of payment and order. Should you not hear from us, please either check your spam box as our emails may have been re-directed there. Otherwise, feel free to contact us direct.

We accept Paypal and Bank Transfer for online purchase to worldwide.

We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard and Local cheques for in-store purchase.

We also offer a 6-month or 12-month interest-free instalment plans for all UOB credit card holders. This applies for in-store purchases only.

All watches and timepieces are shipped based on country of destination. 

For local Singapore destinations : we have partner with Local Express Service through SingPost. (This takes 1 working day for all items to be delivered and requires a signature for release of items ) 

For destinations outside Singapore: our courier partners are EMS Speedpost and Fedex. Both requires signature upon receipt. All watches are marked as "timepieces" and declared in USD value. 

Turnover time is subjected to customs delay, to which Watchwerkz is not responsible for. However, for most cases, Fedex and EMS takes anywhere between 1 to 7 working days to major worldwide destinations. 

We do not offer refunds for all items purchased (watches and accessories)

1. Item received is different from the order invoice

2. Item received is found dead or faulty ( in which it can be returned within 3 working days for an exchange only. Most of our Straps are made from top quality genuine cow calf leather. Some of the more exotic leathers will be described accordingly.

Yes, we work with strategic alliance partners in custom-making straps. 

Typically around 14-21 working days, subjected to customs delay and festive period. 

Aftermarket Straps (mass produced) will typically start from S$40 for leather onwards. 

For Custom-Made/Hand-Made genuine Italian leather strap will start from S$180 onwards.

LÜM-TEC is from Mentor, city of Ohio, United States of America (U.S.A.)

This is a trademarked 8 layer luminous application process that ensures that all Lüm-Tec dials will glow to their maximum potential. First, a chemical coated white base is applied. This is followed by 6 layers of photo-luminescent pigment applied by a specialized stylograph machine. With a simple charge from light, the dials will produce an incredibly bright illumination that will remain very readable all throughout the night.

MDV® technology is the best method according to current possible luminescent technology and Lüm-Tec is still improving it!

All LÜM-TEC watches come with original manufacturer's 1-year valid warranty card and a signed certificate of authencity.

We will try to get your requested serial number, however, subjected to availability. Please note that choosing serial numbers will cause delay in shipment.

Chances are the model is not available to Watch:Werkz, and that's why we did not list them. However, feel free to contact us and check on stock availability.

Yes,we can. However, a nominal fee (usually to cover freight and insurance charges) applies. Any parts replacement and repair services due to user's fault will be charged accordingly. 

If your LÜM-TEC was bought from gray market dealers, we do apologize that we cannot offer service on them.

Next, buying from Watch:Werkz typically means that we will cover all the hassle of after-sales service (usually we cover all freight charges associated with repair works required. Yes! All LÜM-TEC watches are sent back only to LÜM-TEC authorised service centre)
